I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my wife and two children doing pretty much anything outdoors. I have been a personal trainer for 4 years. My training philosophy is to educate and empower clients to reach their full potential. Most people underestimate their abilities! My main objectives are to help the client develop solid core strength, balance, and joint stability.
I have been married for 15 years. We have two awesome boys ages 12 and 14. My passions are cycling, exercising, learning as much as I can about health and fitness, and reaching out to those in the community in need.

I have worked for Dr. Parkhill since 2003 doing marketing events. I started working from home and have worked my way into a full time marketing position. I graduated from Texas Tech in 1991. I have a daughter and son who keep me very busy outside of work with school, friends and sports. My hobbies include being outdoors, golf, water activities, traveling and spending time with family and friends. I feel very blessed to be a part of this clinic and to love what I do for a career.

I have been blessed to work in the Chiropractic Industry for over 13 years. It is an amazing opportunity to get to be part of a team that helps so many people through Chiropractic Care. My husband and I have two wonderful children. Our son works and attends college in Houston and our daughter keeps us very busy with school, cheerleading, and sports. I love spending time with my family, boating, dancing and swimming.
